During this program,we listened to music from the Noble Prize winner, Henryk Sienkiewicz, Trilogy, which is not only a famous piece of Polish literature but also a movie directed by Jerzy Hoffman. Film music was written by Andrzej Markowski and it premiered in 1968. Since the Cleveland International Film festival is featuring four Polish films this year, we decided to share with you some classic Polish film music from the well-known Trilogy by Henryk Sienkiewicz.
Our guests during the program were students from Case Western Reserve University (CWRU), who traveled with MSASS Travel and Study Program to Poznan, Poland. They shared their experiences with us during this program discussing various aspects of their trip, including what surprised them the most, the people they met, the food they ate, and the long lasting friendships they created along the way.
