International conflict is causing many to look to the United States as a safe haven. According to the U.S. Department of State, the country admitted nearly 70,000 refugees in 2015. Cleveland alone has received more than 2,500 refugees since 2008.
As a nation, what is our obligation to these individuals? Is the answer a wall, an open door, or something in between?
This Youth Forum Council panel discussion looks to address the issue of immigration and refugees in America.
