Patti McCoy

Patti McCoy is the Member Services and Stewardship Manager for WKSU.  She's been at WKSU full time since July 2018.  She is the first point of contact if members have a question about their WKSU membership. Plus, she is hard at work with WKSU's volunteer program. She enjoys working with all the volunteers and growing the program. Working here is a great fit for her, as she truly does love helping people and helping them get the most out of what the station has to offer. Before WKSU, Patti worked in customer service at several iconic local companies including American Greetings and OfficeMax.  Patti earned her bachelor's degree right here at Kent State University; and coming back to the university felt a bit like a homecoming. She is a longtime fan of WKSU and NPR and looks forward to the future here.
