Democratic State lawmakers say the Governor's office is withholding important information about cuts in funding to local school districts. The minority party members say schools need that information and so do lawmakers who are voting on the proposed two year state budget. But the Governor himself wonders...why the fuss? He says the information is available. Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports.
