Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson defeated Councilman Zack Reed in every ward of the city save Reed’s own Ward 2.
Jackson won 59.6 percent of the vote overall, according to unofficial results from the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections. Reed brought in 40.4 percent.
