This week, Cleveland Ovations features music from two chamber concerts in their series "Celebrating Women's Rights to Vote and Create," with selctions by living female composers — Elena Ruehr (born 1963), Denise Ondishko (born 1960) and Jessie Montgomery (born 1981).There will also be works by two composers of an earlier generation, namely Amy Beach and Rebecca Clarke. The concerts were recorded in February and March this year at the Maltz Center for the Performing Arts and the Shrine Church of St. Stanislaus.
