The Supreme Court is hearing arguments Monday in a case that could impact how the Trump administration uses private prisons to house immigrants.

Lauren-Brooke Eisen, senior director with the Brennan Center for Justice, joins us to discuss how the Trump administration is expanding the use of private prisons to carry out its immigration policy.
