The West Shoreway IN BOTH DIRECTIONS (between E. 9th and Browns Stadium) is blocked by protesters, who've made a 'chain' across all lanes in both directions. Traffic is stopped in both directions. Motorists being interviewed have been sitting there almost an hour; one van is surrounded by protesters and they won't let that van go through. - JH 5:26pm
