Speaking to several hundred people at Cleveland State University, the Wisconsin Congressman promoted a free-enterprise based economy versus a government-directed one, to better create jobs and economic growth.

Ryan praised the other half of the ticket, Mitt Romney, for his business savvy and drive.

“This is a man who is uniquely qualified and ready to deliver this recovery. Why? Because he understands how an economy works and how to make it grow. And like the best leaders he has set a clear goal: 12 million jobs over the next four years. We can do this. But it’s going to take bold departures from the current policies.”

Ryan then accused incumbent presidential candidate Barack Obama of having no second term agenda.

Meanwhile, the Obama Administration has just released over 3-million copies of its 20-page agenda for the next four years. The Romney campaign dismisses it as nothing new.
