Some nonprofits in the Midwest that rely on government funding are in trouble. As a result, many are now looking at how they can get other sources of income. Without any government funding, the nonprofit Open Books is trying to solve the problem of illiteracy. It's based in Chicago, a city where 1 out of every 3 adults can't read well enough to fill out a job application. From our Changing Gears team, Niala Boodhoo reports.
