Former Director Of JobsOhio Reacts To Job Loss

The man who lost his job as director of JobsOhio because he isn’t a resident of Ohio plans to change that. Venture capitalist Mark Kvamme was to appointed to head Governor John Kasich’s Department of Development, which will eventually become the non-profit private entity JobsOhio. But the liberal group Progress Ohio sued, saying Kvamme wasn’t qualified for that job because he lives in California. Governor Kasich has now made Kvamme his “director of job creation”. Kvamme sat down with Ohio Public Radio’s Karen Kasler and Jo Ingles for his first broadcast interview since that lawsuit.
