Labor union leaders and union members say it's unfair for Republicans to blame Democratic Governor Ted Strickland for the loss of 400 thousand jobs. The labor groups say it's Republicans who are to blame for passing bad trade policies that, in large part, led to a massive national recession. Republicans disagree.
