Five Great Lakes states, including Ohio, are suing the federal government; charging they haven't done enough to stop a possible invasion of Lake Michigan by a voracious species of fish --- the Asian Carp. State officials fear the carp could multiply so quickly, they'd crowd out all the other fish in all the great lakes.
But not everyone agrees with that scenario. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen has both sides of the story.
