State Issue 1 on the May ballot calls for Ohio to borrow 700 million dollars and funnel it to high-tech companies that appear poised to expand and create jobs.
Supporters have just unveiled a list of more than 150 endorsements from groups and businesses. Critics have yet to organize a strong vote NO campaign.
