That plan from the governor and Ohio legislators to put thousands of electronic slot machines at race tracks has just been hit with a SECOND legal challenge.
Earlier this week, the State Supreme Court heard claims that the program should be delayed more than a year, until Ohio voters are given a chance to approve it or reject it. Now, another group of critics has filed suit in the high court, claiming the governor and lawmakers never had the authority to okay the plan themselves.
