Reporter Bob Dyer met one panhandler who says he makes $40,000 a year with nothing more than a tin cup. While some people turn to panhandling out of desperation, others do it for a living. Dyer spoke with ideastream®'s Eric Wellman in this week's edition of Upside/Downside.
