Collaborative aims to make Cleveland a technology powerhouse

Appliances, gadgets, vehicles, and other devices that can exchange data are part the network known as the "Internet of Things." Cleveland State University and Case Western Reserve University have partnered in hopes of making the city a destination for IoT technology innovators – and the Cleveland Foundation just gave them $1.75 million to make it happen. To learn more about this new venture, ideastream's Rick Jackson spoke with Cleveland Foundation Program Director Shilpa Kedar,  Case Western Reserve University's Kenneth Loparo, and Nick Zingale of Cleveland State University.
