Top climate scientist warns that as water issues mount, there’s a “bull-eye” on the Great Lakes
Jay Famiglietti is one of the world's authorities on global water issues and climate change. He's also a senior writer and hydrologist and NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Tuesday, he spoke at Case Western Reserve University's "Think Forum" series. Following the forum he joined ideastream's Tony Ganzer to discuss the current global water crisis.
