The district said it has been working to come up with a solution after record snowfall led to the collapse of the roof of the high school over the weekend.

A civil lawsuit filed Tuesday in federal court accuses a former Ashtabula school teacher of sexual assault, grooming and other misconduct with a group of students between 1986 and 1990, and alleges the school district knew but failed to stop her.
