Scarborough Steps Down as President of the University of Akron

Scott Scarborough is no longer the president of the University of Akron. The Board of Trustees at the college issued a statement after a meeting Tuesday that Scarborough will step down effective immediately. Interim Senior Vice-President and Provost Rex Ramsier will assume the position until it can be filled permanently.
