Kisha Nicole Foster is the recipient of the 2019 Cleveland Arts Prize for being an emerging artist in literature. Kisha also teaches at organizations such as Literary Cleveland and Twelve Literary Arts. She holds a fellowship from the National Endowment for the Arts as regional coordinator for Poetry Out Loud.
