Cleveland City Councilman Anthony Brancatelli says Cleveland isn't effectively enforcing laws governing short term housing rentals, such as those brokered through on-line sites. The rules allow homeowners to share their homes for less than 30 days at a stretch. But some are used exclusively for short-term rental, which concerns residential neighbors. Should Cleveland suspend such rentals as other local communities have done?
