U.S. college students are all over the world with study abroad programs, and the popularity is increasing. North Korea is a known danger spot. But recent terrorist attacks in Great Britain and France bring home the fact that the world is turbulent. Fear isn't the answer, experts say. Neither is refusing to travel. But being prepared, and making good decisions, is always smart.
