Lawmakers Consider Awarding Zero Emission Credits for Nuclear Plants

Lawmakers in Columbus are considering a proposal that would create "zero emission credits" and award them to the state's nuclear power plants. It's a proposal backed heavily by Akron-based First Energy, which operares the Perry and Davis Besse nuclear plants.  The credits would--if approved--add about 5-dollars per month to customer bills
