The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority will hear from the public in the coming weeks about its plan to hike fairs for the first time since 2009 and to cut service. RTA CEO and General Manager, Joe Calabrese says RTA is stuck because state funding is now a trickle. Still, public transit advocates oppose the fare hikes.
