While many types of cancer are on the decline, one that might not seem so scary -- melanoma -- is on the rise. And it is scary. Melanoma, or skin cancer, is up 800 percent among young women and 400 percent among young men over the last three decades. It's the fifth leading killer cancer for men and seventh for women.
