Cleveland's Lou Stokes served for 30 years in the United States Congress, the first African American from Ohio, retiring in 1999 to practice law. Last week, at age 87, he officially retired from that job, too. But he's not, as he puts it, going home to fall asleep in front of the TV. He's got a memoir to write. Tuesday at 9 on the Sound of Ideas, we'll spend the hour filling in the pages in conversation with Northeast Ohio's elder statesman. Join us.
