There's been a lot of talk about regionalism in Northeast Ohio. Talk about local governments collaborating on bricks, mortar and asphalt investments and planning the best way to use land. Talk about combining basic services. Even talk about sharing tax revenues so the well-to-do communities help lift the struggling ones to benefit all. Talk, talk, talk. What about some action?
