National Poetry Month

You'll hear how Poetry Speaks Monday Around Noon as Dee shares the voices and verses of poets both known and unknown. The locally-produced special "Do Not Go Gentle: Exploring the Power of Poetry" kicks off the last week of National Poetry Month, and includes poems written and spoken by Dylan Thomas, Langston Hughes, and Sylvia Plath, along with the poetry of Walt Whitman, set to music on the recording Leaves of Grass.
