What I do to de stress is I go in my bedroom and sit on my bed and take ten deep breaths and imagine I am at a waterfall or in a forest. If I still have some stress I pet my dog because she is really calm and her soft fur really helps me calm down.

Dear News Depth,
We have been working really hard in school all year, and we just had an extra review before the the Ohio State Tests. To destress, our fourth grade teachers took us on a field trip to the Ohio Statehouse and the Topiary Garden at Old Deaf School Park in Columbus. It is amazing that the bushes are designed as figures from Georges Seurat's 1884 painting, A Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte. It was a lot of fun!
