Well, spring... has sprung. And while many will enjoy the warmer temperatures, others will be battling spring allergies. More than 60 million Americans suffer from allergic rhinitis. Think burning, itchy eyes and noses that won't stop running. That's according to the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology.
The main cause? Pollen. Pollen is a yellow dust produced by plants, carried by the wind. Spring blooming plants and even some grasses produce pollen.
According to the Asthma and Allergy Association of America, when it comes to sneezy cities, Dayton and Toledo ranked in the top twenty.
