International organizations continue rushing to provide aid, after a devastating earthquake rocks the small Himalayan country of Nepal. A 7.8 magnitude earthquake devastated the country Saturday, and unfortunately the death toll continues to rise.
Nepal is located in south Asia, with China to the north, and India to the south. The mountainous nation has eight of the world's ten tallest mountains, including Mount Everest.
Help is coming, but Nepal's international airport has been forced to turn away some relief flights, due to congestion - as just one runway is open at the airport, which is near the city of near Kathmandu. These planes carry vital relief supplies for those affected by the earthquake. The United Nations says it is working to resolve the problem.
The quake was so powerful that it was felt hundreds of miles away -- in India and in Tibet. And... on the world's tallest peak.
