First Lady Visits Japan, Cambodia to Promote Girls' Education

Speaking of the White House, first lady Michelle Obama is back on U.S. soil, after a five day trip to Japan and Cambodia. The Asia tour was aimed at promoting education for girls.

While she was in Japan, Mrs. Obama met with the wife of the country's prime minister to discuss the importance of girls education. The first lady then traveled to Cambodia, where she talked directly with high school students.

President Obama and the first lady recently launched the "Let Girls Learn" initiative, aimed at improving educational opportunity for girls worldwide.
