Police in Toronto say they have solved the mystery behind an expansive tunnel beneath the city of 2.5 million people that caused fear and a frenzy of speculation.
Now, don't try this in your city, but according to police the tunnel was hand-built by two men in their twenties.... for "personal reasons".
