NBC Journalist Suspended Over False Claims

Perhaps you've considered being a journalist as you think about a career. One of the things journalists must have is credibility, meaning that people trust everything they say.

A journalist whose credibility and ethics are being questioned this week, is the man who delivers the evening news for the NBC television network.

This week, Brian Williams is taking a break from the anchor chair following a controversy over his trustworthiness with facts. Williams recently made an apology for claiming to be on board a military helicopter that was hit by a rocket propelled grenade.

He later said he was on a different helicopter, trailing behind the chopper that was hit. But his apology isn't silencing his critics.
