Time Capsule Buried by Samuel Adams and Paul Revere in 1795 Opened in Boston

They're known as America's founding fathers. One alerted his fellow patriots of the British invasion of Lexington Massachusetts in 1775, and the other actually signed the Declaration of Independence. Recognized for their roles in the American Revolution, Paul Revere and Samuel Adams are important figures in American history.

And now we have another exciting find to add to that history. A time capsule buried more than 200 years ago by Adams and Revere, was opened in Boston last week. It took nearly seven hours to remove the small box from its hiding spot beneath a cornerstone at the Massachusetts State House.

As Alexandra Field reports, all that hard work led to some remarkable findings.
