Former Ohio Supreme Court Justice Bill O'Neill resigned from the state's highest court last week to formally enter the race for governor. He joins a crowded Democratic field, but intends to set himself apart with sharply drawn positions such as legalizing marijuana and using the tax proceeds to fund addiction treatment services.
