In 2016, Cuyahoga, Summit, Lorain, Medina and Lake counties each saw record numbers of opioid related deaths. That trend continued in 2017 with 60 confirmed total overdoses last month in Cuyahoga County alone. That's the area's deadliest month ever for heroin and fentanyl related overdoes deaths. Finding a solution to Ohio's opioid epidemic was the topic of conversation at a recent City Club of Cleveland forum.
