There are thousands of vacant properties across Northeast Ohio.
And we have a story now of one of the bigger ones, a 13-story, 254 -unit residential building, once called Huron Place Apartments. The building has been abandoned for about two years and has been looted by scavengers.
Making matters even worse: it sits just down the block from an East Cleveland middle school.
