The Cleveland Orchestra 2016 at Home Residency in Hough

This summer, the Cleveland Orchestra’s At Home residency took place in the community of Hough on the eastside of Cleveland in collaboration with the Cleveland Museum of Art. It was their way of remembering a tragic part of the community’s history, the 50th anniversary of the Hough rebellion, and a way of celebrating the neighborhood’s revitalization and growth.

On this special edition of Applause, we look back at some of the many events that took place during the at Home Residency that added to the myriad of things taking place every day in the community of Hough.
