Trans in the CLE Event; Behind The Scenes Of The Play "Into The Breeches"

It is difficult to determine definitively how many people identify as transgender.  Many transgender people may not be "out" or are unwilling to identify as transgender for fear of retaliation.  Transgender people often face difficulty in receiving health care, finding housing, keeping jobs or getting help from authorities.  We'll discuss some of the challenges faced by Cleveland's transgender community and talk about an event aimed at connecting transgender people to resources.  Then, while the troops went off to fight World War II, the "show went on" at Playhouse Square.  We'll hear about the new play "Into the Breeches" from our Arts & Culture team.
