The Ohio Supreme Court, in four different rulings, has found Ohio's school funding system to be unconstitutional. But it still hasn't changed. A state lawmaker now proposes a fix that would eliminate local tax levies, along with the funding advantages rich districts have over poor ones. Would that work? Would you buy into it?
