Violence claims the lives of far too many young people in Cleveland. Gunfire has not only killed teens targeting each other but also innocent children caught in the crossfire --kids as young as five months old. The Plain Dealer went in search of solutions in Philadelphia, New Haven Connecticut and Virginia Beach, and right here at home.
