Lorain Budget Deficit; Ohio Funding Changes; Kasich's Campaign

The City of Lorain is facing a deadline this week to come up with how it will fill a budget gap of more than $3.5 million.  Mayor Chase Ritenauer updates us on plans to close the deficit.  Plus, many communities are facing cuts after the State of Ohio made some key funding changes.  Then, Governor John Kasich is staying in the presidential race even as the criticism for his doing so gathers intensity.
