Lawmakers, Activists Seek to End Gerrymandering

Gerrymandering involves slicing and dicing the state into oddly shaped districts that favor the party in power.  Ohio voters approved a measure to reform the process when it comes to drawing districts for General Assembly or state lawmakers.  Is it time now to take that reform to the next level and reform how congressional districts are drawn?
