'Hidden Figures' Author Margot Lee Shetterly

"Hidden Figures" a 2016 bestseller told the inspiring story of the African American women mathematicians, known as "computers," who helped NASA get ahead in and eventually win the space race.  

The book earned an Oscar after being adapted into a movie.  Now the book has been named a 2017 Anisfield-Wolf Book Award Winner for non-fiction.  We'll talk to "Hidden Figures" author Margot Lee Shetterly on her work.

Then, we'll hear from another Northeast Ohio best-selling author turned screenplay writer.  Loung Ung talks about her memoir, "First They Killed My Father." The book is being turned into a movie directed by Angelina Jolie.
