Electoral College and Supporting Holocaust Survivors

The election of Republican Donald Trump becomes official Monday when the electoral college votes. But plenty of folks are fuzzy on exactly what the electoral college is or how it operates. We'll shed light on its history and purpose on The Sound of Ideas, with Rober Alexander of Ohio Northern University, author of "Presidential Electors and the Electoral College: An Examination of Lobbying, Wavering Electors, and Campaigns for Faithless Votes."
