Two Northeast Ohio state lawmakers are proposing bills that each aim to strengthen protections for victims of domestic violence.  One looks to extend legal protection to those abused in a dating relationship.  The other looks to make the enforcement of protection orders stronger.  Then the Lake Erie Development Corporation's  Icebreaker project moves ahead. Plus, it's been described as the most effective anti-poverty program in the country.  We'll discuss the Earned Income Tax Credit.
