Ohioans have made it clear in opinion polls and at the polls that they want the chance to elect the judges who serve in various courts in the Buckeye State. But Chief Justice Maureen O'Connor says reforms can be made to improve judicial elections without taking the choice out of voter's hands. One idea: Removing partisanship from primary elections.
