Carriers Aim To Cut Down On Robocalls; "Tiny Houses" Playwright Discusses Her New Work

Are your phone lines being bombarded by robocalls?  You're not alone.  Those calls are coming in and the problem is growing.  It's estimated that Americans receive 100 million robocalls a day.  The scammers keep using this tactic, because it works.  People fall prey to the fear tactics used in the calls.  The Federal Trade Commission estimates that fraud from robocalls totals 9.5 bilion a year.  
We'll discuss efforts to cut down on the number of robocalls consumers receive.  Plus, our Arts & Culture team discusses the new play "Tiny Houses" that is currently in production at the Cleveland Play House.
